4. User Responsibilities

5. Payments and Fees

Applicable transaction fees, gateway charges, and withdrawal fees (if any) are displayed before confirmation. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• Gateway processing fees may be non-refundable.

6. Escrow Process

1. The buyer deposits funds into escrow.
2. The seller delivers goods/services as agreed.
3. The buyer confirms completion.
4. Funds are released to the seller.

In case of dispute, funds will remain held until resolution.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties may be required to submit supporting documentation. EscrowDirekt may review the evidence and determine an outcome based on available information.

• Disputes must be raised within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension.
