- Uploading malicious files, viruses, or attempting to compromise platform security.
3. Escrow Transaction Rules
- All transactions must clearly define the agreed amount, delivery terms, and acceptance criteria.
- Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms the delivery/service meets the agreed terms.
- Sellers must provide the promised product/service in the agreed timeline and condition.
- Buyers must review delivery promptly and confirm acceptance or raise a dispute when necessary.
4. Payment Release & Confirmations
- Payments are released only after the buyer confirms successful completion, or according to platform rules in dispute outcomes.
- Users must not attempt to manipulate confirmations or provide false claims.
- Any attempt to bypass escrow payments outside the system is strongly discouraged and may void protection.
5. Disputes and Resolution
If a dispute arises, funds will remain held until the dispute is resolved. Both parties may be required to provide supporting evidence such as messages, invoices, delivery proof, screenshots, or tracking details.
- Disputes must be raised within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
- EscrowDirekt may request additional verification from either party.
- Abuse of the dispute system may lead to account restrictions.
6. Fees and Charges
Transaction fees and processing charges (if any) are displayed before confirmation. By proceeding, you agree to the applicable fees.
- Fees may vary based on transaction type, payment method, or region.
- Fees are non-refundable once services are performed, except where required by law.
7. Content & Communication Standards
- All communication should remain professional and respectful.
- Do not post false information, impersonate others, or share private data without consent.
- We may review transaction-related communications to prevent fraud and improve dispute resolution.
8. Security & Verification
To protect users, EscrowDirekt may apply security checks such as email verification, phone verification, or identity verification (KYC), depending on the system configuration and transaction requirements.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Rules or pose risk to the platform, including:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Repeated disputes with abusive behavior
- Illegal use of the service
- Violation of platform policies
